This survey is conducted by a master student to identify Starbucks used varies strategies for facing international management issues in developing international marketing through customer knowledge, perspectives and expectations of the products quality and services quality at Starbucks. In order to achieve that aim, I have a set of 36 simple questions. The respondents can choose one answer for each question.
